Alistair Subba RowAlistair is Senior Partner of Farebrother. He has extensive experience of Central London acquisitions and disposals, specialising in the Midtown market. Over the last 25 years he has provided leasing, development and investment advice to many leading Institutions, Funds and Property Companies, as well as occupiers. His recent instructions include the successful 110 Fetter Lane development for Delancey and Invista, 272 High Holborn, PwC’s HQ Plumtree Court for David Murray’s Premier Property Group and 1 Kingsway for UK & European, the property arm of the Lewis Family Trust. Alistair joined Farebrother from De Groot Collis in 1986. He helped lead The Circle Initiative, set up by the Central London Partnership and the London Development Agency to deliver Business Improvement Districts (BIDS) within Central London. He is the current Chairman of the Chancery Lane Association and the Midtown Business Club as well as a board observer to the inmidtown Business Improvement District.
