Hannah Durden MA(Cantab.) MRICSHannah specialises in providing lease advisory services to both landlords and tenants including rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears as well as valuation advice on both rental and capital values. She is in charge of managing the Maryon Wilson Estate in Hampstead and Charlton, on behalf of Viscount Gough and providing corporate real estate advice for the Confederation of British Industry across the UK. Hannah was educated at Cambridge University where she studied Land Economy as an undergraduate and obtained her Blue playing lacrosse for the University. Hannah is a keen sportswoman and as well as continuing to play lacrosse for Blackheath, she also plays tennis and enjoys skiing, sailing and running.
