Iain Malcolm

Iain deals with the acquisition, letting and sale of office property, as well as providing refurbishment, development and marketing advice to clients, including Capital and Counties Plc, PRUPIM, Land Securities, Shell, New Star Group of Companies, Great Portland Estates and BT.

Iain joined Farebrother from Newton Perkins, where he was partner in charge of the agency team.

Iain is a keen sportsman and enjoys golf, tennis, snooker and pool.
