Iain Malcolm

Iain has extensive experience of the acquisition, letting and sale of office property in Central London, as well as providing refurbishment, development and marketing advice to clients, including PRUPIM, Land Securities, The City of London Corporation, The Topland Group PLC and The Deerbrook Group.

Iain started with J. Trevor & Sons in the West End before moving to their new City office. He then joined Newton Perkins where he became a partner in charge of their agency team. Iain joined Farebrother in 1992.

Iain enjoys most sports, films, theatre and travel.
