Ian Marsh BSc MRICSIan has over 25 years’ General Practice, Property and Asset Management experience. Ian currently concentrates on the 250 property assets, including 43 commercial buildings and over 200 residential tenancy units, in The Thomas Pocklington Trust (TPT) client portfolio. TPT is a leading provider of housing, care and support services for people with sight loss in the UK and is a major research and development body. The portfolio comprises both operational and strategic, office and residential properties. Ian has successfully helped manage and maintain the portfolio for over 15 years. In his spare time Ian enjoys Hockey, both as a player and Umpire, mainly for the Old Georgians Club in Weybridge, as well as enjoying Rugby with local Club Esher.
