Patrick Phillips MA MRICS

Patrick specialises in disposals and acquisition instructions in Central London for a variety of clients including PRUPIM, City of London, Great Portland Estates, City & General, Threadneedle and Land Securities.

Patrick originally studied Politics & Modern History at the University of Manchester before completing his Masters in European Real Estate from Kingston University.

He is a keen sportsman, often enjoying skiing, cricket and golf and maintains a keen interest in horse racing.
