Ria HaywardRia specialises in Estate Management providing strategic and asset management advice for mixed use property holdings with a strong focus on residential property. Her key clients include The Governing Body of Rugby School and The United Grand Lodge of England with holdings located in Bloomsbury and Covent Garden respectively.Ria joined Farebrother in 2008 from Tyser Greenwood Estate Management where she managed an extensive residential portfolio predominantly on behalf of Resident Management Companies and developers including The Capital Group and Mizen Homes. Prior to this, Ria worked in similar lead roles for Foxtons and Property Initiatives. Ria is also a founding Committee Member of the Midtown Business Club's Young Professionals' Network. The Network provides high quality networking events for Young Professionals working within Midtown and helps accelerate the Club's Vision for the area. Ria has a keen interest in travelling, sailing and hiking. She also enjoys watching rugby, particularly when supporting her home nation's team, the All Blacks.
