David concentrates on a range of building surveying and project management services for a wide variety of pension funds, banks, property companies and developers, including Scottish Widows, Threadneedle, Hammerson and LXB.

David began his career in the public sector, at Warrington District Health Authority, before joining Erdman Lewis (now Colliers CRE) where he became a Director. David was one of the founding partners of CNP and was its Chief Executive when the business was sold in 2007, having grown to employ 150 people across 9 offices in the UK, Ireland and Germany.
