We specialise in Central London properties – Bloomsbury, Camden, Holborn, Knightsbridge and Southbank.

We provide a flexible, multi-discipline service on your behalf, either acting as Letting Agents, Agents and rent collectors, or Agents and Property Managers, providing a fully-managed service - managing tenancies, managing property, managing cash-flow.

Specifically, we will:

• Find suitable tenants, take references and undertake credit checks
• Complete all agreements and maintain the correct documentation
• Collect and hold deposits as a Corporate Member of the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme

• Carry-out final inspections and provide considered advice on solutions to any dilapidations at the end of a tenancy
• Collect rent payments and provide monthly statements
• Carry-out regular inspections, report and manage repairs and maintenance
