His clients include pension funds, banks, property companies and developers, including Scottish Widows, Threadneedle, Oakland Securities, Vision Express and Great Portland Estates. Simon has managed and assisted with DDA, Asbestos, RCA and Acquisition survey portfolios and has particular experience with CAT A office refurbishments and external maintenance works. He has specified and overseen maintenance works for clients across their portfolio ranging in value from £5,000 upwards as well as Dilapidation inspection/preparation and negotiation on properties ranging in value from £10,000 to £500,000. Simon studied Building Surveying at the University of Northumbria and joined CNP as a graduate survey in 2001, quickly progressing to become Associate Director.
